1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of OwnIt, a free, web-based automation platform designed for solo freelancers. By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Platform.

2. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use OwnIt. The Platform is not intended for anyone under 18. If we become aware that a minor is using the Platform, we may terminate the account immediately.

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All actions taken via your account, including the approval of price quotes, are your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized use, notify us immediately.

• Accurate Information: You agree to provide and maintain accurate, current, and complete information as part of your registration and use of the Platform.

3. Description of Service

OwnIt is a free, web-based SaaS platform for solo freelancers (e.g., photographers, designers, copywriters, DJs) that automates client operations, including:

• Smart client onboarding via AI-generated intake forms tailored to your profession

• Automated, AI-generated price quotations based on your historical data and service logic

• Automated follow-ups and communication via email, SMS, or WhatsApp

• Real-time dashboard tracking of leads, quotes, and project statuses

• All features are accessible via the web. No mobile app or paid tiers currently exist12.

4. User Content & Data Use

• Ownership: You retain ownership of all data and content you upload or generate via OwnIt.

• License to Operate & Improve: By using the Platform, you grant OwnIt a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, analyze, and use your data for operating, maintaining, and improving the Platform—including training and refining our AI models. Where possible, data used for AI training is anonymized or aggregated to protect your privacy2.

• Acceptable Use: You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for illegal or fraudulent activities

  • Send spam or unsolicited communications

  • Upload harmful, abusive, or offensive content

  • Misrepresent your identity or credentials

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse the Platform

  • Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account. We reserve the right to review and remove content that violates these Terms.

5. Data Retention & Account Deletion

• Account Deletion: You may delete your account at any time via the “Delete Account” option in your settings.

• Data Erasure: Upon account deletion, your data will be retained for up to 30 days unless you explicitly request full erasure by contacting info@ownit.ltd After this period, data is permanently deleted, except as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

• Data Retention: We may retain anonymized or aggregated data for analytics and AI improvement, even after account deletion, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• No Warranties: OwnIt is provided “as-is” and “as-available,” without express or implied warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

• Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, OwnIt and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform.

• Cap on Liability: OwnIt’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by you (if any) in connection with the Platform—currently, zero.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Israel.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Platform, and the “Last Updated” date will be revised. Continued use of the Platform after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
